How does the free trial work?
You get full access to MacroBite Pro for 3 days. We send a reminder before the trial ends. If you cancel at least 24 hours before day 3, you pay nothing; otherwise your Apple ID is charged for the plan you picked.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Open iOS Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → MacroBite → Cancel. Or go to apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions. Cancelling stops future charges; you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
How do I restore a previous purchase?
On the paywall, tap "Restore purchases" while signed in to the same Apple ID you originally subscribed with. Your subscription will unlock automatically.
Where do the macros come from?
Every item comes from the restaurant's officially published nutrition data, and each item links to its source. Nothing is AI-estimated or crowdsourced.
I have a food allergy — can I rely on the allergen tags?
No. Allergen tags are a convenience filter based on published menu data, which can be incomplete or out of date, and preparation varies by location. Always confirm ingredients directly with the restaurant before ordering.
How do I delete my account and data?
In the app, go to Settings → Delete account. This permanently deletes your account and synced profile data from our servers immediately. Your local food log is removed when you delete the app.
A restaurant I love is missing — can you add it?
Probably! Email us the chain you want and we'll prioritize the most-requested ones.
